middlesex Gentlemen attorney for the said Richard Murthwaite
Maketh Oath and First this Deponent Richard Morthwate< no role > for
himself saith that having received Information from [..]
accorney for the said Robson and William Kettle< no role > that they
did not mean to proceed on the Informations and convictions
against him the said Richard Murthwaite< no role > he did not attend
such his witnesses to pursue his appeal herein and this Deponent
George Anicent< no role > for himself saith that he did on the thirteenth day of
March last personally said Henry James Pye< no role > Send Joseph moses< no role >
Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex at the Police office Queen Square Westminster with true
copin of two original orders of this Court purporting that the
hearing and determining the matters of two several appeals of
Richard Marthwaite< no role > Against two convictions made on or about
the third and fifth days of January last by the said Henry James
Pye
< no role > and Joseph Moser< no role > Esquires for having demanded and
received of the said William kettle< no role > one penny as profit upon two
Shillings such lent by the said Richard Murthwaite< no role > upon two
several pawns of a Waistcoat to the said William Kettle< no role > on the
name under the description of Mr. Casel a pair of Rose otherwise
a pair of Stockings to the said William Kettle< no role > an the name do
under the description of Mr. Roberts, one penny being Prove then
at the rate of one halfpenny for the Loan of any sum not exceeding
the sum of two shillings and six pence by the Calender month including
the Current month on which the said Pawns was received contrary
to the Statute be which said appeals stood duly adjourned
and the twenty first day of February last Did (at the request of the
said Richard Murthwaite< no role > ) stand further adjourned intel the
next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for the
said county of Middlesex and on notice thereof in the martin
to be given unto the said Henry James Pye< no role > and Joseph moses
Esquires they and all persons concerned do attend the court
at the Session House to be holden in and for the said County
of Middlesex on Thursday the fourth day of April next at the
of nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the
Judgment and determination of the said Court touching the said appeal
