Street in the Parish of St. Mary le bone in the
said County gentlemen and Henry Pearch< no role >
Butler of No. 8 Hertford Street Fitzray Square
in the Parish of St. Pancras in the said County,
Gentleman, severally make Oath and say;
And first this Deponent James Thornton< no role >
for himself saith that on the third day of
April Instant he served a true Copy of
the Order of Court and Petition of Appeal
hereunto annexed personally upon Humphry
Jackson
< no role > Esquire One of His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County at his Office
White Hart Lane, Tottenham in the said
County, who informed him that he believed the
Prosecutor would not proceed father on
the Appeal made by the Appellant Wil-
liam Butt: And the said James Thornton< no role >
further saith that on the said third day
of April Instant he saw a Man, who
said his Name was Burton and that he
