MIDDLESEX .


At the General Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex ,at the Session-House for the Said
County, () on Monday
the Eighteenth Day of February
in the Thirty ninth year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord the Third, King of Great of Great
Britain, Etc. Before William Mainwaring< no role > , William
Bleamire
< no role > , John Bond< no role > , James Stratter< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our Said
Lord the King, assinged to Keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid, and also to bear and determine divers
Felonies , Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours com-
mitted in the Same County.

WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles
in the fields in the County Have at this present Session Exhibited their
petition and appeal setting forth That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of W. Bleamire, and W. Kinnard Esquire two of His Majestys
Justices of the peace in and for the said County (one whereof being of the quorum)
bearing date the 19th. day of January now last past Mary Andrew< no role > was removed
and conseyed from and out of the Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell in the Said
County to the Said Parish of Saint Giles in the fields as the place of her last legal
settelmemt Whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggreieved

Now, upon hearing the Said Appeal, and what hath been alledged by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Said Parishes, their Counsel and Witnesses in
and concerning the premises, IT IS ORDERED, that the Said Appeal be, and the Same is
hereby allowed, and the Said Order of the Said two Justices is hereby vacated and Set aside
and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Said Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields do fordwith convey and
deliver back the Said Mary Andrews< no role >
(together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Said Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell who are hereby required to
receive and provide for the said Mary Andrew
until they can free themselves from the Charge there by due course of Law and It is futher
ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint
James Clerkenwell do Forth will Pay or be paid [..] Churchwardens and
Overseers and six pence for their Charges and Expences in receiving and maintaining the
Said Mary Andrews< no role > Since her Said Removal
