In the Matter of Bastardy against Robert Jones< no role > .

William Russell< no role > of Vineyard Gardens in the Parish of
St James at Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex Beadle
in a heth Oath and saith that on the Tenth Day of January
instant he saw Ann Brothers< no role > who hath sworn herself to be
pregnant with one or more Bastard Child or Children and that the
aforesaid Robert Jones< no role > is the Father of the said Bastard Child or
Children and this Deponent further saith that the said Anne
Brothers then informed him that she was stil pregnant with and
not delivered of the aforesaid bastard Child or Children and this
Deponent further saith that the end or the 11th Day of
January instant duly serve Robert Jones< no role > , James Rawlins< no role > and
Mary Hewitt< no role > the Bail mentioned in the Notice hereto annexed
with true copies of the said Notice
