He being one of the Constable s of the said parish
and having in his Custody one Robert Gray< no role > , by
virtue of a certain Warrant under the Hand and
Seal of William Kinnard< no role > Esqr. one of His Majesty's
Justices of the peace for this County bearing date
the 9th. day of October last, to be safely kept until
he should be discharged by due course of Law on
a charge with having stolen from and out of the
pond of John Robinson< no role > Esqr. of Wyke House in the
parish of Isleworth situate in his inclosed paddock
500 Fish called Carp Val £20: the property of the
said John Robinson< no role > .: Unlawfully and Negligently
did permit and suffer the said Robert Gray< no role > to
escape and go at large wheresoever he would
