General Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

We the Minister, Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor and other substantial House holders
of the parish of Saint Sepulchre in the County of
Middlesex Do hereby Certify that William Parker< no role >
of Sharps Alley in the parish of Saint Sepulchre in the
said County is a fit and proper person to be trusted
with the Management and carrying on the business of
Slaughtering and killing Horses and the Cattle as directed
by and Act of Parliament made and passed in the 29th. Year of
the Reign of his Present Majesty King George the third intituled
"An Act for regulating Houses and other places kept for the
purpose of Slaughtering Horses" Given under our Hands
and Seals the 13th. day of October 1798.
