MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex ,
at the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Thirteenth Day of September in
the Thirty eighthYear of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

Whereas Thomas Jones< no role > of High Holborn in the county of Middlesex carver
and Gilder Hath at this Present Session Extrivited his Petition and appeal settingforth That
William Bunce< no role > Son of William Bunce< no role > of saint George in the last in Middlesex did by
Indenture of apprenticeship bearing date the twenty second day of September 1792 put himself
Apprentice to the petitioner for the term of Seven years to commence and be computed from the
day of the date of the said Indenture That the said William Bunce< no role > had become an
idle and disorderly apprentice by frequenting Clubs Societies and allhouses until one
Two and Three Clock in a Morning and Fequently absenting himself for several days
and nights together without the Petitioners leave or Consent: That the said William
Bunce
< no role > had absent himself from the Petitioners service upwards of Two Months last
Past and still absent himself without his leave or consent: Whereby the Petitioner
conceived himself aggrieved Whereupon at the request od the said Petitioner
It is Ordered that the benefit of his said appeal should be saved unto him and
the hearing and determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned until the
next General Session of the Peace to be holden for this County and on notice
hereof i the mean time to be left for the said William Bunce< no role > at the house of his Father
(in case the said William Bunce< no role > cannot be found in the mean time) he and all
persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session house aforesaid on Thursday the
Twenty Fifth day of October next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day to
hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said Court touching the said
appeal.
