out of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the
Bars
in the said County unto the said Parish of Saint
Luke
as the place of the last legal Settlement of
the said

That inasmuch as your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order and the Removal and
Conveyance of the said Mary Phillison< no role >
in pursuance
thereof
Your Petitioners therefore most
humbly pray your Worships to grant
them such relief in the Premises
as to your Worships shall seem
meet
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
