To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the
Peace acting in and for the County of
Middlesex in Session assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Luke
in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order of Removal or Pass-
Warrant under the Hands and Seals of William
Bleamire
< no role > and Robert Baker< no role > Esquires two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County bearing date the Twelfth day of June now
last past Mary Phillison< no role > Widow of James Phillison< no role >
deceased (now insane) was removed and conveyed form and
out of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the
Bars in the said County unto the said Parish of Saint
Luke as the place of the last legal Settlement of
the said Mary Phillison< no role >

That inasmuch as your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order and the Removal and
Conveyance of the said Mary Phillison< no role > in pursuance
thereof

Your Petitioners therefore most
humbly pray your Worships to grant
them such relief in the Premises
as to your Worships shall seem
meet

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
