THESE are to Certify, That Ebenezer Cocks< no role > of Blossoms
Street Norton Flagate in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman

came this

24th. Day of May One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Ninety Eight before us, Two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County, at
White chapel , in the said County, and did then and there
take the Oath of Allegiance to His present MAJESTY
king GEORGE the Third. And the Oath of Abjuration
of the Pope's Ecclesiastical and Spiritual Authority. And
also the Oath for the true and faithful Execution of such
Office as he shall be appointed to execute, respecting His
MAJESTY's Duties arising by the EXCISE. Given under
our Hands the Day and Year above written.
