John Underwood< no role > of Charles Street in the
Parish of Saint John in the Borough of Southwark
Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saith that at the last
General Session of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
(by Adjournment) Moved this Honorable Court by
Mr. Peat his Council And the Order made thereon
here unto Annexed, And this Deponent further
Saith that in pursuance of such Order he this
Deponent did leave the Notice of Trial Also
hereunto Annexed at the office of the Clerk
of Peace on the Twenty seventh day of June last And
this Deponent is Informed and Verily beleives that
the Habitation of Prosecutor George Hamer is
Not to be found having made Diligent Search
thereon
