Session House, Clerkenwell Green ,
2nd April, 1798.

You were bound for the Appearance of Elizabeth Chynowth< no role >
at January
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, but not ap-
pearing, your Recognizances is become forfeited; and will be estreated
into the Court of Exchequer , from whence Execution will proceed
for levying 40 Pounds on your Goods and Chattels unless
you stay Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite of the Recog-
nizanceat the next Session, which will be held at theSession-House
aforesaid, on TUESDAY, the Seventeenth Day of April Instant.

Be there between the Hours of Ten and
Three, and bring this Letter with you
or apply at my Office in the mean time.}
