pretences form one John Greenaway< no role > the sum of
£ 6..15..6 the Money of the said John Greenaway< no role >
with intent to cheat and defraud him of the same
cent to the Statute on the 20th day of October last

Harriet Douglas< no role > the wife of william Douglas< no role > : and
that he the said william Youd< no role > then and there sitting
and riding upon a certain Horse and leading and
drawing a certain other Horse in the Kings Highway
there unlawfully willfully and maliciouly did drive the
said William Douglas drawn by a Horse in Which
the said Harriett douglas was there sitting and thereby
overturning and throwing down the said chaise
and the said Harriet was thereby thrown out of the
said chaise; and greatly hurt Bruised and was
put in great peril and danger: on the 6th day of
January last
