To the Right Worshipfull his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in
theirSessions of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Great Gransden in the County of Huntingden

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or order under the Hands and Scals
of G Mercer and I Mercer two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for
the County of Middlesex aforesaid (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the thirteenthday of Octoberone thousand seven
hundred and ninety sevenAnn< no role > the Widow of Nathaniel Cole< no role >
was removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Mary
le Bone in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Great
Gransden as the place of the last legal Settlement of the said Ann
Cole
< no role > whereby your Petioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore appeal against the said
pass warrant or orders and pray that the benefit
of their and Appeal may be saved unto them and
that the hearing and determining thereof may be
Adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of
the peace to be holden for the said County

And Your Petitioners will pray Etc
