John Pollard< no role > of the same Yeoman for Assaulting one John Arnaud< no role >
and maliciously striking him (with a certain Knotted
Stick which he the said Georgein his right hand
then and there held) on the left side of the Forehead
whereby the same became black and greatly discoloured
and he was for a long time afterwards in great pain
and anguish: on the 19th. day of December last.
