John Shepherd< no role > of Hyde Street Bloomsbury in
the County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath That he
was present on the day of the date of the within Written
Release and did then see the within named Thomas Bedford< no role >
sign and Seal and deliver the same as his Act and Deed
for the purposes therein mentioned and that the Name " Thos.
"Bedford" thereunto subscribed is of the proper hand writing
of the said Thomas Bedford< no role > within and above named And
that the Name '' I. Shepherd" thereunto subscribed as a
Witness attesting the Execution of the said Release is
of the proper hand writing of this deponent.
