Clement danes to disturb the peace, and so being assembled
unlawfully and riotously assaulting one Richard Limbrick< no role >
and cruelly and inhumanly striking him many grievous cuts
and blows in and upon his Head and other Parts of his body,
and greatly cutting and wounding the head of the said
Richard Limbrick< no role > ; whereby he became sick weak and
distempered for One Month then next following and during
all that time underwent and suffered great pain torture
and anguish of Body and Mind: on the 28th day of
November last:
