That your Petitioner then thought and still
thinketh himself aggrieved by the Judgement of the said
Majestrate in as much as your Petitioner is not Guilty of
the Offence so charged upon him by the said information

Your Petitioner therefore most humbly pray
he may be heard by himself or his Counsel
in the nature of an appeal against such
Conviction as aforesaid.
