To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace
in and for the County of Middlesex in General
Session of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Dunstan in the East in the City
of London .

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of Daniel Williams< no role > and RDavies Esquires
two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the County of
Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty
eighth day of July in the year of our Lord One Thousand seven
hundred and ninety seven Mary Wilkinson< no role > Widow of
Thomas Wilkinson< no role > deceased and their Child William< no role > were removed
and conveyed from and out of the parish of Saint, Mary White-
-Chapel in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint
Dunstan in the East as the place of their last legal Settlement.

That your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved thereby
and humbly Appeal against the same.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that
the benefit of the said Appeal may be saved unto
them and that the hearing and determination thereof
may be adjourned unto the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden in and for the said
County.
