Caveat
The deft pleaded last Session - and ought to have given
Notice of Trial & taken out Venire & Set Cause down for Trial
at this Sessions - or given Notice of Motion to respite the
Recognizances, either of which he has done - It is suspected
that he means to make such Motion upon an Affidavit
that he could not find the prosecutor to serve him with
Notice of Trial - or upon our Affidavit that Notice of such
Motion has been served - Now As the Facts will not warrant
either of such Affidavits If such Motion should be made
please to give notice thereof to Mr. Shepherd Solicitor
for the prosecution No. 28. Hyde Street Bloomsbury
, in
order that the Imposition intended to be practised on
the Court may be defeated Dated 10th. Janry 1798
