Blegborough< no role > any by means whereof we are very considerably Aggrieved and having
applied to the vestry of the said Parish for Relief against such rate according to the
directions of the Statute in such Case made and provided without effect We do
therefore inform you that we intend to appeal to the next General Session of the
Peace to be holden for the County of Middlesex at the Session House
Clerkenwell Green in the said County on the fourth day of December next
against the said rate or Assessment the same being Patrick unequal and
unjust and from the Payment thereof Dated this 27th. day of November
1797
