To the Right Worshipful His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex in their
General Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint George Southwark in the County of Surrey

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands and
Seals of W. Addington and I. Robinson Esquires two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting in and for the City and Liberty of
Westminster (one whereof being of the Quourum) bearing date the Tenth day
of April instant Donald Macdonell< no role > (who is therein stated to be
by Lunacy so far disordered in his Senses that it may be dangerous for
him to be permitted to go abroad") was removed from the Parish of
Saint Martin in the Fields within the Liberty of Westminster in the
said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint George
Southwark in the said County of Surrey alledging the said Parish
of Saint George Southwark to be the place of his last legal Settlement.

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves to be aggrieved
by the said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices
Do therefore appeal to your worships there from and
Humbly pray that you will be pleased to hear
them in the Premises And order thta the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields may appear
before you at a certain Day to be appointed to hear
and abide the Judgment and determination of your
Worships touching the Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
