That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and Seals of

Esqrs. two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the County
of Middlesex
(one where of being of the Quorum) bearing Date the twentieth day
of December 1796 (but not served full the latter End of the February last)

and three Infant Children to wit

are adjudged to be last legally settled in the Parish of
Hampstead Norwich
in the County of Berks and are ordered to be removed
and conveyed from the Parish of Isleworth
in the said County of
Middlesex
to the said Parish of Hampstead Norwich
Whereby
your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication of the said two Justices
and their said Order. And pray that your Worships will
please to appoint some day in this present Sessions for the
hearing and determining this Appeal, And to order that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Isleworth
and all Persons concerned do then attend
