To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex at the
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace of our
Lord the King holden for this said County.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
Richard Cox< no role > of Queen Street in the
Parish of Christ Church in the said
County Weaver .

Sheweth

That your Petitioner was on the fifteenth
day of March last Convicted before Daniel Williams< no role >
Esquire Rice Davies< no role > Esquire and the Reversend Henry
Reynett
< no role > D. D there of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said County for having in his Dwelling house
alledged to be situate in King Street in the said Parish
a Quantity of unwrought Silk suspected to have been
purlioned and embezzled not having given any Account
how your Petitioner came by the same

That your Petitioner conceives himself
aggrieved by the said Conviction

Your Petitioner therefore Appeals from
the said Conviction and humbly prays
that your Worships will be pleased to
appoint a day in this present Sessions
to hear and determine the said Appeal
