Precinct of Norwood November ye. 11th. 1796

Mr. Hinley
I am directed by the Overseer to acquaint
you that the two Rates of this Precinct for the year 1795
was the first at £14 in the Pound which amounted to
£201..3d..10d therefore the whole of the Rack Rents of
this Precinct making this Rate must be £3449 to
Raise the samethe 2nd. and last Rate for that
Year was at 15d in the pound which amounted to £214..17s.6d
therefore the whole amount of the Rack Rents at this
Second making must be £3438 less by £11 than at the
first Rate Making as the Books will shew
