I Recd Yours of Yesterday and
I must beg leave to Inform you that it was
not my fault that you did not Receive the
Letter which I sent Concerning the Parish Rents
I sent an Answer the Next day After I Re [..]
your first & I have a Witness who saw it
put in the Post We had in the Parish of
Cranford
in the year 1795 two Poors Rates
Collected at 6 pence in the pound Amounting
at that Assessment to 3 [..] Each the
Rents then of Coa [..] £200 fr abr.
