in the Said County unlawfully keep use and Employ<lb></lb>
a certain Carriage for the purpose of conveying passengers for hire<lb></lb>
to and from different places within the Kingdom of Great Britain<lb></lb>
to Wit to and from London to <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50930_geo179">Hounslow</rs>

without being first duly licensed agreable to an act of parliament<lb></lb>
passed in the Twenty fifth year of the reign of His present Majesty's<lb></lb>
Intitled "An act for repealing the daties on beence's taken out by<lb></lb>
" Persons letting horses for the purpose of travelling portand on<lb></lb>
" Horses let to hire for travelling port and by time and on stage coaches<lb></lb>
" and for granting other Duties in liete thereof, and also additional<lb></lb>
" Duties on chooses let to hire for travelling port and by Time<lb></lb>
and Your Petitioner Conceiving himself aggrieved thirty doth<lb></lb>
humbly pray to be permitted to appeal from just Conviction<lb></lb>
And that you will please to appoint a Day for that purpose</p>
