I have it in directions to acquaint you that a
Warrant will be issued by

Doctor in Divinity
and
Christopher Baynes< no role >
Esquire
two of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace
for the County of Middlesex
directed to the Constable of Your
parish commanding him to lay upon to Inhabitants and
dwellers within the said Parish the Sum assessed and Taxed upon
them for and towards defraying the Damages recovered against
the Inhabitants of the Hundred of Elthorne
by

reason of a Certain Robbery pursuant to the Stabcdes in that care made
and provided and I am desired to request that you will immediately
signify to me the Name of the Constable to whom the parish may
with to have the Warrant directed, and also the amount of the Sum
of Money caused for the Relief of the poor of your parish and at hour
much in the pound and wether the same is an the Rock Rents in if it in
not) what proportion it bears to it
