Oath and Saith That he this Deponent hath used due diligence
to serve the said Order on

times at the Lodgings or Apartments of the said

Dwelling House occupied by one Cantilo situate in the Broad
Sanctuary, Westminster
, in the said County and that he this
Deponent then and there enquired for the said

And this Deponent saith, that he the was informed by the Wife
of the said

was in Hampshire
, but at what particular place she could
not tell, and that she did not know when he would return
to Town, or where he could be found And the said Wife of the

permitted this Deponent to take from the
said Apartments divers Cloaths and Articles of Wearing
Apparel belonging to this Deponent And this Deponent
further Saith that he did on the Twenty Ninth Day of August
now last past call at the said House of the said Cantilo
for the purpose of serving the said Order on the said

, but this Deponent was then and there informed by
the Wife of the said Cantilo thatthe said

had not their returned to Town, and that
Mrs. Davis was then gone into Hampshire to see some of
her Relations, and that she the said Mr. Cantilo could not
inform this Deponent where either the said

or his said Wife could be found or met with, but that the
Household Goods and Furniture of the said
Thomas Davis< no role >
then remained at their said Apartments in the said House
of the said Cantilo Whereupon this Deponent did
on the said Twenty Ninth Day of August last at the said House
of the said Cantilo, deliver to the said Mrs. Cantilo a true
Copy of the Order hereunto annexed and desired she would
deliver
