and they consenting by their Counsel to the allowing the said Appeal, IT IS ORDERED,<lb></lb>
that the said Appeal be, and the same is hereby allowed, and the said Order of the said two Jus-<lb></lb>
tices is hereby vacated and set Aside; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Church-<lb></lb>
