To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
City and Liberty of Westminster the County of Middlesex in General
Quarter Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Towcester in the
County of Northampton

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order Under the hands and Seals
of James Pettitt Andrews< no role > and Cranley Thomas Kerby< no role > Esquires two of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City and Liberty (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the 26th. day of December last
Sarah Corey< no role > Singlewoman was removed and Conveyed from and
out of the Parish of Saint Margaret within the said Liberty and
County to the said Parish of Towcester in the said County of
Northampton as the Place of her last legal Settlement whereby your
Conceive themselves aggrieved

They therefore humbly appeal to this Court against
the Adjudication and Order of the said two Justices and Pray that
the benefit of this appeal may be saved to the Petitioners and that
the hearing and determining thereof be adjourned to Next General
Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden in and for this CountyCity and
Liberty
to hear and determine the said Appeal According to Law
