I humbly Certify that I did this day
receive a certain Writ of our Lord the King
in the Words and figures following, that is
to say

George the third by the grace of God of Great Britain
France and Ireland King Defender of the
Faith Etc To the Sheriff of Middlesex Greeting
We Command you that you cause tobe levied
of the Goods and Chattles in Your Baili [..] of
The Inhabitants of the Hundred of Elthorne
in your County Two hundred and ninety Eight
Pounds which in our Court before us at
Westminster were awarded to John Thompson< no role >
who tues as well for us as for himself in this behalf
for his damages which he had Sustained by
reason of a certain Robbery committed upon
Edward Harland< no role > then and there being the
Servant of the said John Thompson< no role > of certain
Notes and monies numbred the property of
the said John by two malefactors unknown
to the said John in our high Road within
the Parish of Hanwell and in the said Hundred
of Elthorne in your County And have your
that money before us in five weeks
from the day of Easter wheresoever we shall
then be in England to Under to the said
