of the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in £107769, the Poor Rate
is taken upon £71846 or 2/3 of the said sum, which at present
is at 3s/ in the Pound,which& if all was collected would amount
to £8980 1-6, but upon the average there is usually 1/9
deficient from Empty House EtcMr. William Williams< no role > of
Great St. Martins lane server the Office of Constable as principal
and is a Person of respectability
