MIDDLESEX .

AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the county of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournement)
on Thursday the Seventh Day of april in the
Thirty sixth Year of the Reign of our sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

It is ordered that the hearing and determining the Matter of an appeal of John
Brettell
< no role > , Josiah Lister< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. . George Bowstred< no role > and John Jacques< no role > Esquires of the Parish of Hornsey
in the County of Middlesex against a Rate or assessment according to apound Rate
after the Rate of1s,,3d, in the pounds made the 21st. day o January 1796 by the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Hornsey upon the Inhabitants owners
and Occupiers of Houses Lands Tenements Tithes inpropriate and impropriation of Tithes in
the said Parish the relief of the Poor of the said Parish and for other purposes
mentioned in the Stature made in the 43d. Yea of the Reign of the late Queen Elizabeth
irtitled An act for the relief of the poor Do Stand adjourned until the next
General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for this County and on notice here of in
the mean time to be given unto the Churchwardens and overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Hornsey they and al persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session
House aforesaid on Thursday the Twenty third day of June next at the hour of nine in
the forenoon of the same da\y to hear and abide the judgment and determination of the
said Court touching the said Appeal.
