Whereas Esther Mann< no role > of the Parish of Saint Giles
in the fields in the County of Middlesex Widow for and on
the behalf of her son Percival Mann< no role > an Apprentices did
at the last General Quarter Session of the Peace held in
and for this County, exhibited her Petition and appeal
settiing forth that by Indenture bearing date the 9th Day of
August which was in the Year of Lord 1794 . The Petitioners
said son Percival put himself Apprentice to Joseph Wheeler< no role >
of North Place Grays Inn lane in the Said County of
Middlesex Watchmaker for the term of Seven Years and
the sum of Fifteen Pounds was paid as an Apprentice
Fee by the Petitioner to the said Joseph Wheeler< no role > who
Covenanted to teach and instruct or cause to be taught
and Instructed the said apprentice in the best way
and manner that he could in the Art Trade or Business
of a Watchmaker and to find unto the said Apprentice
good and sufficient meat Drink Lodging and Physical
during the said Term That the said Joseph Wheeler< no role >
