Middlesex


To His Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex
in their General Quarter Session Assembled.

The Report of the Committee appointed to
examine and audit from time to time the
Account or Accounts of the Treasurer of this County
as well with respect to his Receipts as his
Expenditures and also to examine and Audit
all demands of what nature or kind soever
made on this County previous to the payment
thereof.

The said Committee Report, That Mr. Halls Memorial
was laid before the Committee and Read

And Mr. Hall being called in and turning explained to the
Committee several matters touching the said Memorial it was Resolved
that Mr. Halls Memorial and the requests therein contained be
rejected

Resolved that Mr. Hinley be requested to provide Wine
in future for the use of the Session and that he do keep an Account
of the same and that he be reimbursed by Mr. Halls allowing the
sum of £1.. 4s..0d for every day on which a Session shall be held to
be deducted out of Mr. Halls allowance of £4..16s ..0d

The Act of Parliament made and passed in the Thirty fifth
Year of the Regin of His Majesty King George the Third Intitled
"An Act for the more effectual Prevention of the use of defective Weight
and of false and unequal Balances" being Read the Committee
proceeded to take the Act into consideration but on account of the
