MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Fourteenth Day of January in the
Thirty Sixth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

It if Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal of Henry

< no role > of Chiswell Street in the said County Pawnbroker against a Conviction by John
Floud
< no role > Esquire one of the Justices of the Peace for the said County on or about the twenty
sixth day of November last upon an Information Exhibited and prosecuted by Patrick
Kassel
< no role > Charging that the Petitioners did in the Parish of Saint Luke in the said County
on the 29th. day of October last demand receive and take of and from one John Clay< no role > on
redeeming the Pawn or Pledge therein mentioned the Sum of Four pence by way of profit
upon Four Shillings on the 22d. day of July last lent upon a Pledge of a Mans Coat to
the said John Clay< no role > cont to the Statute which stood duly adjourned until this day
Do stand further adjourned until the next General Session of the Peace to be holden for
this County and on Notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the said John
Floud
< no role > he and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid
on Thursday the Eighteenth day of February next at the hour of nine in the forenoon
of the same day to hear and abide the judgement and determination of the said Court
touching the said Appeal.
