for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint James
Dukes Place London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an order of Removal
under the hands and Seals of the Reverend Henry
Reynett
< no role > D DClerkand Robert Smith< no role > Esquire two of
his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said County, of Middlesex one
being of the Quorum, bearing date the Seventeenth Day
of November 1795 Esther Baren< no role > therein called the
Wife of David Baren< no role > and Martha< no role > her Child aged
about Six Years and Sarah her Child aged about
Five Months were removed and conveyed from and
out of the Parish of saint Mary Whitechapel in
the said County of Middlesex into the said parish of
Saint James Dukes Place as the place of their
last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said order appeal against the James
to his Honourable Court and pray such Relief
in the promise as to this Honourable Court shall
seem meet

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
