To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the peace for the
County of Middlesex in their present General Quarter Session of
the peace Assmebled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of that part of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn which lies above the
Bars in the said County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the Hands.
and Seals of Aaron Graham< no role > and Richard Clark< no role > Esqr.. two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex (one whereof is
of the Quorum) Examing date the 23d November last Elizabeth Morrell< no role > and
have Two Children namely Ann< no role > aged Eight Years and William< no role > aged Four
Years were removed and conveyed from and out of the parish of Saint James
Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex to the said part of the said parish
of Saint Andrew Holborn as the place of their last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the said
under of the said two Justices appeal to your Worships there from and
humbly pray that you will be pleased to hear them in the premises
and order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said parish of Saint James Clerkenwell may appear before you on as
certain day to be appointed to hear and abide the Judgement and
Determination of your Worships touching the said Appeal.
