Between The King on the Prosecution of
William Carroll< no role > Plaintiff

John Bevan< no role > and Matthew
Douglas

Randal Norris< no role > of the Inner Temple London
Gentleman maketh Oath and Saith that on the
first day of December instant he did in effect a
Book at the Police Office in Marlborough Street
in the County of Middlesex to which this Deponent
was referred to know the Christion names of the
Defendants whereby it appeared that the Defendant
were under Recognizance to appear to answer
the Complaint of the above named William Carroll< no role >
at the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to
be holden in and for the liberty of Westminster
and this Deponent does not know that the Defendant
are under any Recognizance to appear at any
Sessions of the Peace for the County of Middlesex [..]
this Deponent believes they are not under any
such Recognizance
