unlawfully unjustly and extorsively and by Colour of his said Office unlawfully
extorting receiveing and having of the said Edward Harris< no role >
on the same day the Sum of Eight Shillings as and for a
Feckeward or Sum of Money payable to him for lodging
the said Edward Harris< no role > at his House for the space of
24 successive hours after he had Arrested him by virtue of
the above mentioned Writ or precept. Whereas in truth
and in fact no Fee of Sum of money on Reward whatever
above and above the Sum of 2s/6. was then due or payable
to him in that respect.

Verge of the Household of our Lord the King and an Officer
and Minister of the Court of our said Lord the Kind of His
palace at Westminster for unlawfully unjustly and
extorsively and by colour of his Office extorting receiving and
having of the above Edward Harris< no role > on the said 29th. day of
August the Sum of £1..1..0: For his fee for keeping him
at the House of the above Michael donatty< no role > and not Conveyring
him to the said Prison after he the said Michael donalty
had (for the said George Thompson< no role > ) arrested the said
Edward Harris< no role > by virtue of the above mentioned Writ or
precepts: For a Bail Bond executed by the said Edward
Harris
< no role > and two sureties for his due Appearance in the said
Court Whereas ini fact no fee whatever exceeding 4s/6d
was due and payable to the said George Thompson< no role > in
that respect.
