MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Twenty ninth Day of October in the
Thirty sixthYear of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

Whereas Francis Dujardin< no role > of Saint Martins Lane in the Parish of
Saint Martin in the fields in the County of Middlesex Button maker Hath at
this present Session Exhibited his petition and appeal setting forth That He did on
the 29th. day of September 1794 apprentice his Son Robert Dujardin< no role > to John Francis
Bourgeois
< no role > of Great Saint Andrew Street Seven dials Engraver and Enameller for the
term of 7 Years and paid with him the Sum of Five Guineas as an Apprentice Fee
That the said Robert Dujardin continued in his masters service from the date of the
Indenture of apprenticeship until the 13th. of September last when his master absconded
and had not since been heard of That the Petitioner was informed that the said
John Francis Bourgeois on account of embarrassed circumstances had been obliged to
quit this Kingdom and which information he believed to be true and therefore praying
the Court to discharge his said Son from his apprenticeship: Whereupon at the request
of the said petitioner It is Ordered that the benefit of his said appeal should be saved
unto him and the hearing and determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned
until the next General Session of the Peace to be holden for this County and on notice
hereof in the mean time to be left at the last place of Abode of the said John Francis
Bourgeois and also in the Office of the Clerk of the Peace for this County in case the
said John Francis Bourgeois or his present Abode cannot be found in the mean time
he and all persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid on
Thursday the Third day of December next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the
same day to hear and abide the judgement and determination of the said Court touching
the said Appeal.
