of the same Place Gentlemen Solicitor for the above named Thomas
Andrew< no role > the Defendant in the above Prosecution maketh Oath and Saith
that he the said John Strutt< no role > and one Henry James Ryves< no role >
of Norfolk Street Aforesaid Gentleman were Present and did
the above named Prosecutor James Cowley< no role > sign seal and as his
Act And Deed deliver the Deed Poll or General Release within
orcontained on the other side of this Street of Paper and
that the Mark or [mark] set and Subscribed Opposite the Seal
thereof is of the Proper hand writing of the said James
Cowley< no role > and that the Names or Character Jno Strutt< no role > and
H Ryves set and Subscribed thereto as the Witnesses to
the Execution thereof are of the Proper hands writing of
