I do not know who then Mr. Conant
spoke to you on Saturday respecting the with drawing
of the Recognizances of Thomas Prion< no role > & John
Harwood< no role > .

The fact was that after all the adm [..] tion
I could give to the Person convicted upon Mr. Gammon's
Coach Act ( in which there is no appeal) before me
the Party convicted still persisted by the advice of
Mr Pinero his attorney to [..] appeal
Which I granted at then instance merely to

I am informed that the Informer Pain
& the Witness Harwood attended when the Court
undeceived Mr. Pinero by rejecting the appeal &
therefore think you should permit them to withdraw their
