To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Session
of the Peace assembled

These are to Certify that Matthew Wall< no role > late
of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said County
Labourer , who now stands Indicted for Keeping a Common
ill governed and Disorderly House in King Street in the said
Parish to the Common Nuisance of all the subjects of our Lord
the King, has quitted the said House and discontinued the said
Nuisance; And the Committee of Vestry of the said Parish (by whose
direction the Prosecution against him was commenced) have reason
to believe that he will abstain from committing the like Nuisance
if future Therefore they will not Prosecute him any further
upon the present Indictment nor object to the Discharge of his
Recognizance Witness my hand this Sixteenth day of September
1795
