James Whitty< no role > of Church Lane in the Parish
of Saint Giles in the fields in the County of
Middlesex Labourer Maketh Oath and
Saith that in May Session last he pleased
to the Indictment preferred against him
by the above named Prosecutor and put in
Bail to Try his Traverse at this present
Session which it was his intention to do
but was prevented by reason That he could
not find out the prosecutor so as to have
been served with Notice of Tryal for
such purpose And this Deponent
Saith he is informed and believes the
said Prosecutor is now a Sailor in the service
