Ossulston in my said County as the suit
of William Powell< no role > for Fifty four
pounds and ten shillings damages
to his House and Goodsoccasioned by
a Riot Which said Writ is returnable
in his Majesty's Court of Rings Bench
on Friday next after the Morrow of the
Holy Trinityand is shown to his
Majestys Justices in order to a
Rate or Assessment on the said
Hundred pursuant to the Statute
