Thomas Carpenter< no role > of High Street in the Parish of Saint
Mary le bone in the County of Middlesex Messenger to the
Directors and Guardians of the Poor of the said Parish Maketh
Oath and Saith That Haley Ferry< no role > of the Parish aforesaid
SingleWoman having by her Voluntary examination in Writing
upon Oath before James Mercer< no role > Esquire one of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County declared
herself to be with Child which was likely to be born a
Bastard and to be chargeable to the said Parish and
that John Baford< no role > of Lambs Conduit Street in the Parish
of Saint Andrew Holborn London Proctor did beget the said
Child the said Justice issued his Warrant for apprehending
the said John Baford who being apprehended thereon
George Buckton< no role > of Cumming Street Pentonville Gentleman
and Thomas Farrer< no role > of upper Norton Street in the said
Parish of Marybone Gentleman on the twenty second day
of April now last past entered into the usual recognizance
for the Appearance of the said John Baford at the then
next and now present General Sessions of the Peace for
the said County And this Deponent further Saith that the
said Haley Terry< no role > is not as he verity believes yet delivered
of the said Child And that on the twenty second Day of
May instant this Deponent Served the said George Buckton< no role >
with the Notice hereunto annexed by delivering a true Copy
thereof to his Wife at his House in Comming Street aforesaid
and that this Deponent also on the same Day served the
said Thomas Farrer< no role > wtih the said Notice by delivering a
true Copy thereof to Ann deth Servant at a House No. 18 in
Carburton Street in the Parish of Saint Mary le bone aforesaid
and Wherein the said Thomas Farrer< no role > for some time had lodged
[..] resided and then lodged as this deponent was informed as
believes
