MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the Said County, (by Adjournment)
on Tuesdaythe Twenty eighth Day of April in the
Thirty fifthYear of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, etc.

It is Ordered that Mr Joseph Burchell< no role > the County Treasurer do pay
unto samuel Newport< no role > Gent Keeper of Newprison at Clerkenwell in this
County (out of the County Rate the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty pounds
Eight shillings and eleven pence for One years Salary due to the said Samuel
Newport
< no role > as Keeper of the said Prison and also the Balance due to the said
Samuel Newport< no role > upon an Account delivered by him to this Court of all Fees
and perguisties received as Keeper of the said Prison and of the Monies paid
for Servants wages and other necessaries for the use of the said Prison for
One Year ending the 22d. day of March last and that the Receipt of the
said Samuel Newport< no role > together with this Order shall be a sufficient discharges
to the Said Treasurer for the such Payment.
