Whereas Information and Complaint was on the
seventh day of March in the year of our Lord 1785 made

Esquires two of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace in and for the said City Liberty and County
residing near the Place whence the Goods and Chattels herein after
mentioned were removed, not being interested in the Lands
or Tenements where the said Goods and Chattels were removed
by Elizabeth Tennant< no role >
of Craven Yard Drury Lane
in the
Parish of Saint Clement Dane
within the said Liberty and
County Widow that there was on Christmas day last due and
in arrear to her the said Elizabeth Tennant the Sum of Fifty
eight Pounds two Shillings and Six Pence from John
Peach< no role >
of Craven Yard aforesaid Coachmaster and Watchman
for rent of a certain Develling House, Coach House
Stables and Granary in Cravan Yard aforesaid [..] by her
the said Elizabeth Tenant< no role >
to the said John Peach< no role >
and that
the said John Peach< no role >
hath fraudulently and clandestinely
removed and conveyed away certain Goods and Chattels of
him the said John Peach< no role >
not Value exceeding the Value of Fifty
Pounds , namely of the Value of Forty six Pounds to
prevent the said Elizabeth Tennant< no role >
from distaining the
same for the said arrears of Rent and that Richard
Troy< no role >
of There Cup-Yard in the Parish of Saint George
the Martyr
in the said County of Middlesex
Farrier
and Arnold Coupland< no role >
of the Parish of Saint Clement
Dane
aforesaid Inn keeper willfully and knowing by
aided and assisted the said John Peach< no role >
in so fraudulently
and clandestinely removing and conveying away certain
part of the said Goods and Chattels and in concealing the
same And Whereas the said Richard Troy< no role >
having
been duly summoned to appear before the Justices
at the Public office in Great Marlborough Street
in the said City Liberty and County on this Fourth
day
