County of Middlesex , and to the Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlet
of Hammersmith in the
Parish of Fulham in the County of
Middlesex and to each and every of them.

UPON the Complaint of the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Kensington , in the County of Middlesex , unto
us whose Names are hereunto set, and Seals affixed, being two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex ,
and one of us of the Quorum, that
Margaret Mackay< no role >
did lately come to inhabit in the said Parish of Kensington , not having
gained a legal Settlement there, nor produced any Certificate owning
herself to be settled elsewhere, and that the said
Margaret Mackay< no role >
is likely to be chargeable to the said
Parish of Kensington . We the said Justices, upon due Proof made
thereof, as well upon the Examination of the said Margaret
Mackay
< no role > upon Oath, as otherwise, and likewise
upon due Consideration had of the Premises, do adjudge the same to be
true; and we do likewise adjudge, that the lawful Settlement of her
the said
Margaret Mackay< no role >
is in the said Hamlet of Hammersmith in the said
County of Middlesex We do therefore
require you the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Kensington , or some or one of you to convey, the said
Margaret Mackay< no role >
from and out of your said Parish of Kensington , to the said
ofand her to deliver to the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to Some or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof: And we do also
hereby require you the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Hamlet of Hammersmith receive and provide for
her as Inhabitant of your Parish
Given under our Hands and Seals the twelvth Day of February
in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and ninety five
